It was interesting, I liked the black and red effect. Something of a copracentric flash animation, I suppose, what with the pigeon and the dog both defecating. I didn't get the very end part, when attention is drawn to the dog's wagging tail, and the man starts staring at the dog's rear, before he's mowed down by the vehicle. The dog was very well behaved, tho, to wait until the light changed before dragging his friend's severed arm across the street.
